Position Overview:
We are seeking 1~2 experienced and creative Influencer Marketing Officer / Senior Influencer Marketing Officer to supoort our influencer marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about influencer marketing, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of driving successful influencer campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with clients’ brand objectives and values.
– Identify and build relationships with key influencers across industries and platforms.
– Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations and compensation agreements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
– Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future initiatives.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencer marketing strategies.
– Manage influencer relationships, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and values.
– Develop and maintain a network of influencer talent for future campaigns.
– Assist in the creation of influencer-related content and assets.
– Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines in influencer marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
– At least bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– At least over 2 years’ proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Creative thinker with a keen eye for identifying influential talent.
– Excellent project management and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
– Data-driven and results-oriented.
– Familiarity with legal and ethical considerations in influencer marketing.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
