We’re BAD ACE, a men’s personal care startup based in California US (). We’re looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Specialist to join us for an epic adventure.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Major – Influencer Marketing
This position is mainly to identify and connect with influencers and brand partners for marketing campaigns. This will require a lot of time online searching (mainly Instagram) for influencers, brand partners, and events for the “right fit”. You will share your findings with the team and actively engage with these potential collaborators and execute campaigns – handling agreements and product giveaways. Great communication skills and an understanding of how collaboration works are required. You will be working alongside our social media manager and reporting to the head of social media.
2. Minor – Wholesale Research
Since we are a small team, everyone is wearing a few different hats. With that said, the secondary task is close to virtual assistant work – searching for wholesale customers and sales reps in the US. For this task, you will work with the CEO and VP of Sales.
It’s certainly not required, but it would be nice to get extra help for our website optimization if you have experience in SEO and/or basic graphic design.
TIME MANAGEMENT:
Out of 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), we’re expecting you to manage your time each day per below:
– Influencer research & outreach – 4 hours
– PR sampling – 1~2 hours
– Wholesale market research – 2 hours
– Other – 0~1 hour
