Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media and influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives. This position requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Management:
– Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns.
– Develop and maintain a content calendar for influencer campaigns.
– Ensure timely execution and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
2. Influencer & UGC Creator Search, Research, and Outreach:
– Identify and research potential influencers aligned with brand values and target audience.
– Build and maintain a comprehensive database of influencers.
– Develop and nurture relationships with influencers through effective communication and outreach.
– Identify user-generated content (UGC) creators and manage relationships.
– Track and measure the impact of UGC on brand visibility and engagement.
3. Competitor Research:
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitor influencer marketing strategies.
– Analyze competitor influencer partnerships to identify opportunities and best practices.
4. Communication Management
– Craft compelling and personalized outreach emails to influencers.
– Manage communication channels and build rapport with influencers.
– Ensuring follow-ups are happening
– Coordinate the delivery and approval of content produced by influencers.
– Provide constructive feedback to ensure content meets brand standards.
5. Guidelines, Briefing, and Creative Materials:
– Develop clear guidelines and briefing documents for influencers.
– Ensure that influencers have a thorough understanding of brand expectations and campaign goals.
– Collaborate with the creative team to provide influencers with engaging and on-brand creative materials.
– Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across influencer campaigns.
6. Influencer Journey:
– Manage the end-to-end influencer journey, from onboarding to campaign execution and performance analysis.
– Mapping the relationship of the brand to each influencer
7. Data Collection and Tracking:
– Implement tracking mechanisms to collect data on influencer performance.
– Analyze data to provide insights and optimize future influencer campaigns.

– Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns.
– Regularly evaluate and report on the performance of influencer marketing initiatives.

8. Budgeting and Negotiations:
– Manage influencer budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
– Negotiate contracts and compensation with influencers.

Social Media Management:
1. Social Media Strategy:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with HashStash’s brand identity, goals, and target audience (IG/FB)
2. Content Creation:
– Create high-quality and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts, that resonates with our target audience and showcases our products in a creative and engaging manner.
3. Content Calendar:
– Plan and maintain a content calendar that includes regular posting schedule on Instagram/Facebook to ensure a consistent and active online presence. (IG/FB)
4. Compliance:
– Ensure that all social media content complies with local, state, and federal regulations regarding the promotion of cannabis-related products.
