Your Mission
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of recruiting and building high-volume influencer marketing partnerships on TikTok and other social media platforms, you will manage projects, develop effective strategies, improve current processes, and, most importantly, help build the business where you can take on company-level leadership roles if desired.

Responsibilities
As a Builder, your success hinges on your ability to excel in both collaborative city (company) building and team building. You must possess the skills to create, innovate, and work effectively with others. Builders are accountable, independent, and proactive problem-solvers who excel at learning through experimentation, systematic research, planning, and execution/implementation. Your role goes beyond mere task execution; it also involves shaping the direction of projects. You don’t wait to be instructed on what to do; instead, you leverage your experience, creativity, and innovation to find solutions and drive positive results. You understand that time and resources, both your own and your team’s, are limited, and you can allocate them efficiently.

Building a Company – Just as a city cannot be built, let alone planned for, by an individual city builder, neither can a company. City builders consult experts in different areas just as a company needs to consult the most appropriate people for a given item of interest. That person can already be on the team, or we may need to find someone external. Your job as a city builder is to utilize these inputs to collaborate with other city builders to try and build the best city possible.

– Identify and target potential TikTok creators who align with the brand’s values and goals.
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing TikTok creators to foster collaborations and partnerships.
– Create and manage TikTok Shop affiliate programs to incentivize creators to promote the brand and its products.
– Negotiate terms and agreements with TikTok creators and TikTok Shop affiliate partners, including compensation, content usage rights, and performance expectations.
– Collect feedback from creators, affiliates, and the TikTok community to continuously improve strategies and initiatives.
– Monitor the performance of affiliate partnerships and adjust strategies as needed.
– Collaborate with creators to develop engaging and authentic TikTok content that promotes the brand’s products or services.
– Use analytics tools to track the performance of TikTok campaigns, collaborations, and affiliate partnerships.
– Provide regular reports and insights to measure the success of initiatives and suggest improvements.
– Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
– Manage the budget allocated for TikTok marketing and influencer collaboration efforts, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
– Design and implement TikTok campaigns that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s messaging.
– Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the success of TikTok growth and outreach efforts.
– Build a strong TikTok community around the brand by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.
