PurComfy is a new and rapidly growing brand focus on Mom & Baby, in search of an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us search and engage with potential micro-influencers and genuine talents on Instagram to establish brand collaboration relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Proactively search micro-influencers and authentic users on Instagram and other social media platforms who resonate
with our brand’s philosophy.
2. Reach out to potential influencers, assess their interest and potential for brand partnership.
3. Engage in effective communication to discuss collaboration intentions with influencers.
4. Record influencer information as requested into the spreadsheet.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
1. Proficiency in social media operations and influencer marketing strategies.
2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to conduct independent market research and quickly locate suitable partners.
4. Efficient work methods and good time management.
5. When communicating with influencers, it is essential to avoid actions that may harm the brand’s reputation and image,
and to ensure that language and tone are appropriate.
Requirements for Collaborating Influencers:
1. Active Instagram presence with content posted within the last 7 days.
2. Willingness to try our products for free and share their experiences.
3. The collaborators would be like to provide photos or videos of the product in use, which their baby’s face could be shown
on photos and videos.
We Offer:
1. Flexible remote work opportunities.
2. $15 for 50 influencers willing to collaborate;
$35 for 100 influencers;
$80 for 150 influencers;
$90 for 200 influencers willing to collaborate.
3. We offer the potential for a long-term and stable partnership; for extended collaboration or full-time engagement, we will
add an additional $5 on top of the existing salary level. Additionally, there’s an opportunity to become our brand’s steady
local partner.
