Job Description

We are an affiliate influencer marketing SaaS platform looking for a full-time Influencer Marketing Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist brands on our platform to increase their sales revenue through influencer marketing
· Educate and assist influencers on our platform to convert their affiliate links and codes into sales
· Plan, negotiate, and build a long-lasting relationship with key accounts, key partners, and potential partners that include brands and influencers on our platform
· Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
· Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
· Manage communication with brands and influencers on our platform, and assist them in using the functions of the platform
· Come up with affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to help the brands on our platform to increase their revenue
· Come up with affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to help influencers on our platform to increase their commission
· Share ideas about best practices for SaaS, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing
· Work along cross-functional teams in the execution of product launches, sales & other key moments

WHO ARE YOU:

· You must have significant experience in influencer marketing
· You must had experience working with brands to increase their sales revenue through influencer marketing before
· You must know the ins and outs about influencer and affiliate marketing and how to generate sales via affiliate marketing
· Perfect written and speaking of business English
· Can solve problems without needing guidance
· You must be VERY METICULOUS with the work that you are doing
· You need to be driven to hit KPI’s and be well versed to learn anything
· 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding sales targets
· EXCELLENT communication skills via video call and email
· Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
· Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation
· Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas

Compensation and Benefits:

· Work stability of having a full-time job with a startup company
· Work Monday-Friday following Australian business hours
· Home-based job

· Bonus and salary increments will be provided based on good performance
