Working hours Flexibility negotiable (usually between 5am and 5pm EST OR 6-10pm PH + 9am-1pm PH)

$3- $7/hour Base (Depends on Experience) + % of Monthly Profit

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Influencer Manager / Affiliate Program Manager to join our team.
Working Hours & Time are FLEXIBLE (As long as Good results are delivered, we don’t care about what time you work).

QUALIFICATIONS:
You MUST have minimum 2 years of prior work experience in Tiktok & IG Influencer Research, Outreach, Influencer Marketing. (More the Social Media Platforms, the better) Manager and be a self-starter. If you have strong expertise in managing social media ads, we are looking for you!

JOB OVERVIEW:
1) Research TikTok and Instagram influencers who are best suited for our product niche and who have high engagement rates
2) Create a list of these highly targeted influencers (name, location, number of followers, engagement rate, email address, etc.)
3) Reach out to the influencers via emails to promote your products
4) Collaborate and negotiate with influencers to make a deal, please specify what kind of deals you have made with influencers before
5) Track influencers’ posts on their social media.
