Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification: Conduct thorough research on TikTok to identify creators whose content and audience resonate with our clients’ target markets and brand values.

Partnership Outreach: Initiate outreach efforts to engage with potential influencers, presenting collaboration opportunities in a compelling and personalized manner.

Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective influencer marketing strategies that align with clients’ objectives.

Influencer Evaluation: Assess influencers’ performance metrics, content quality, engagement levels, and authenticity to ensure impactful partnerships.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create engaging content that showcases our clients’ brands authentically.

Agency Identification: Identify when an influencer is managed by an agency and navigate agency collaborations professionally.

Data Management: Utilize Google Sheets to organize and track influencer outreach, agreements, and campaign performance data efficiently.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in influencer outreach and marketing, with a specific focus on TikTok influencers.

TikTok Familiarity: In-depth understanding of TikTok’s content landscape, trends, and creator community.

Influencer Spotting: A keen eye for identifying promising influencers who align with brand values and resonate with target audiences.

Agency Awareness: Ability to recognize when an influencer is managed by an agency and navigate agency relationships smoothly.

Google Sheets Proficiency: Competence in using Google Sheets for data organization, campaign tracking, and reporting.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage influencers and foster strong partnerships.
