Job Description:
Are you passionate about sustainable living and enthusiastic about using your expertise in influencer marketing to drive meaningful change? We are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Outreach Manager to lead our influencer marketing initiatives. As the Influencer Outreach Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence, driving engagement, and increasing sales through strategic partnerships with influencers who align with our values and mission.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to promote our products and mission.
* Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators in the sustainability, outdoor, and home improvement niches.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing and sales goals.
* Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and compensation with influencers while staying within budget.
* Coordinate product seeding and ensure timely delivery of products to influencers.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to maximize influencer impact.
* Track and report on influencer ROI, providing insights to the marketing team.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
* Assist customers in choosing the right solar light products based on their needs and preferences.
* Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company procedures.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product catalog and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a consumer-focused industry.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer landscape.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to identify and establish connections with influencers who resonate with our brand values.
* Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm unique campaign ideas.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Commissions and weekly pay issued. 13th Month Bonus
