We’re looking for an enthusiastic FULL TIME Outreach Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our brands through strategic influencer partnerships, PR outreach, and podcast collaborations!

Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and engage with potential influencers who align with our brand values, target audience, and marketing objectives
• Negotiate and coordinate influencer collaborations for both brands, including content creation, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct PR outreach to secure media coverage for our brands in relevant publications
• Identify and engage with podcast hosts and producers for potential collaborations and guest appearances
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, PR efforts, and podcast collaborations for our brands, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives
• Maintain an organized database of influencers, media contacts, and podcast hosts for both brands, their contact information, and partnership history
• Foster strong relationships with influencers, media contacts, and podcast hosts to encourage long-term partnerships and brand advocacy for our brands.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, PR, and social media

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, podcast outreach, social media management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify influencers who align with our brand values and have a genuine connection with their audience
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
