Job Description

We are looking for a Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and engagement efforts through social media platforms. You will work closely with the brand management team and help grow our reach via influencer marketing, organic content generation, and TikTok shop affiliate management.

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, 2AM to 10AM Philippines Time

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and Execute on Outreach Strategies: Craft and implement effective outreach to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and community awareness with influencers, content creators, and TikTok affiliates.
– Content Creation and Creator Management: Make sure that content creators are generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) tailored for different platforms.
– Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels, fostering a positive community and adding value to user interactions.
– Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to gain insight and assess against goals; adjust strategies as necessary.
– Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help achieve corporate marketing goals.
– Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
– Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers and thought leaders to create partnerships that promote brand visibility.
– Crisis Management: Handle social media crisis situations responsibly and in line with company policy.

Requirements:
– 1 – 2 years proven experience in social media management and influencer outreach.
– Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
– Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design and video editing.
– Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
– Experience in crafting and implementing effective outreach strategies.
– Proven ability to identify and engage with influencers and thought leaders.
– Demonstrated ability to handle social media crisis situations responsibly and in accordance with company policy.
– Ability to work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with corporate marketing goals.
