Job Description

Analytical content strategist. Social media ninja. Brand advocate. AutoBrush is seeking a person who loves UGC and will make it their life’s mission to build strong relationships with our influencers and elevate our bottom line. You will be integral to scaling our influencer program as we target significant growth this year.

What You’ll Do:

– Brand Stewardship: understand, foster, and translate the brand and lifestyle into relatable and relevant brand content for our social channels.
– Trendwatching and Insights: Stay on top of emerging social trends/channels — analyzing and formally presenting opportunities for growth. Build and maintain an understanding of competitor and industry trends that are relevant/important when speaking to customers and incorporate this knowledge into timely, editorial content based on popular events, holiday moments, pop culture, and more.
– Original Content Series Development: Conceptualize, create, and launch original social media campaigns that uniquely bring the brand to life and inject our brand personality/business goals into content that lives on social for extended periods (not only as one-off posts) throughout the year.
– Influencer Management: Identify influencers, celebrities, and tastemakers for content and relationship-building opportunities throughout the year. Manage such relationships and incorporate them into our overall social media marketing strategy where appropriate.
– Partnership Outreach: Influencers are just the beginning. Reaching out to local Dentists to see if they would be interested in endorsing and trying our brand is highly impactful.
– Cross-Functional Support: Help turn social media into a highly functioning information/data channel to support the wider marketing department.
– Analytics: Analyze performance metrics for social campaigns and make strategic recommendations on how to optimize social content based on data.

Necessary Skills & Attributes for Success:
– Communication skills off the chart – written and verbal.
– Community building master
– Effectively acting as an ambassador for all things Influencers across the business
– Concrete understanding of Influencer KPIs
– Constantly meeting with high-value partners and looking to improve our value proposition of us through influencer partnerships
– A knack for translating key brand moments into innovative social content
– Excitement about the evolving digital-social space and awareness of industry updates and emerging tech
– Good eye for style and discerning taste
– Great project management skills
– Comfortable with presenting data and incorporating it into results-sharing
– Experience using Asana and Shopify.

Qualifications
– 3-5 years+ of Influencer Marketing Management experience at an in-house brand (preferably D2C) or agency
– Strong management experience including negotiating abilities, creative problem-solving, etc.
– High energy, motivated personality – creative and entrepreneurial with the ability to recognize business opportunities and act upon them developing business plans and negotiating agreements
– Knowledge of affiliate programs and platforms
– Top-notch analytical skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations and decisions
– Experience working with talent and big personalities
