Influencer Research and Outreach Virtual Assistant

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled virtual assistant who has experience in social media research and outreach. The VA will be responsible for finding suitable influencers and reaching out to them on various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. The VA should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and identify influencers that are a good fit for our brand and target audience
Reach out to influencers via email and direct messages on social media platforms
Coordinate with influencers to schedule promotions, collaborations, or partnerships
Keep track of outreach campaigns and follow up with influencers as needed
Engage with influencers and go through your value ladder to nurture your relationships with influencers
Sending out products to influencers through your online store
Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for influencer marketing

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or social media manager
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with Shopify (placing orders, setting up affiliate accounts, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

MUST ALSO HAVE:
a – home office where you can work without distraction
b – fast internet with over 50mbps
c – high level computer with all required technology

WORKING HOURS & COMPENSATION
$700 USD per month
It’s a full-time role, 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (Central Standard time)
