Primary Purpose and Function:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Lead to join our team and play a vital role in identifying and connecting with top talent for influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate has very strong English and team leadership skills.
As a Sourcing Lead, you will be at the forefront of our influencer marketing efforts, responsible for identifying and connecting with suitable talent to execute influencer campaigns on TikTok and other social media platforms. This position requires you to not only source creators, but also be able to lead and manage a team of sourcing specialists to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met. We are seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot strong and upcoming creators in the influencer space.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Leader: Strong leadership capabilities. Ability to come lead a team between the USA and Asia, train and onboard new hires, sync daily with campaign, client and sourcing team.
Talent Identification: Research and identify suitable influencers and content creators across various social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok.
Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential influencers, engaging in meaningful conversations to assess their suitability for specific campaigns.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, ensuring a positive and productive partnership.
Talent Assessment: Evaluate the quality, engagement, and authenticity of influencer content and their audiences.
Collaboration: Work closely with campaign managers to match influencers with appropriate campaigns and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging creators, and platform changes to stay ahead of the curve.
Data Management: Maintain a database of potential influencers, track communications, and provide regular updates to the team.
Job Qualifications:
Strong passion for social media content and strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok
Up-to-date with trends and influencer affairs on social media
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify promising creators
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for influencer marketing
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize outreach efforts
Previous experience in influencer marketing or talent scouting is a plus
Location, Hours, and Compensation:
100% remote work from home
Hourly paid, starting pay $10 per hour
Additional Information:
This is a contracted, hourly paid position.
