– Influencer Sourcing: Proactively seek out and engage influencers primarily on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat. Your role involves diving deep into these platforms to find the perfect match for our campaigns.
– Creative Strategy: Use your deep knowledge of social trends to develop innovative concepts and strategies that resonate with audiences across different platforms.
– Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with influencers, ensuring a collaborative and effective partnership.
– Campaign Coordination: Manage and coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they align with our client’s objectives.
– Performance Analysis: Keep track of campaign performance, using insights to optimize and refine strategies for maximum impact.

What We’re Looking For:

– Proven expertise in sourcing and managing influencers, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
– Exceptional creativity and the ability to quickly come up with compelling campaign concepts.
– Solid understanding of the latest social media trends and how to leverage them effectively.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with influencers and team members.
