We are an EdTech Company located in the US and we are looking for an Infrastructure Systems Admin to perform a variety of tasks and support for the company’s growth. We’re looking for someone who can add value, make recommendations and most importantly, grow with the company.
This is a full-time and long-term position, your full attention and dedication is highly needed. Must be able to put in your 8 hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST as we are located on the East Coast of the US.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate new student enrollment – Send welcome letters and class documents, monitor email, create slack cohort channel, & create zoom for the new cohort.
Clone and create users on the latest cohort (TalentLMS)
Monitor who has access to the platform and reach out to students with onboarding issues.
Create cohort roster in Google Drive and provide access to TL and TA
VITI – send out all platform’s invitations to new apprentices and send welcome letter
Schedule and create zoom meeting for the official onboarding
Weekly assignment of tickets to all apprentices, update tracking sheet, review tickets.
Participate in mock interviews
Monitor apprentices’ behavior on the program and monitor Asana board for
apprentices
Facilitate off-boarding – Reset Quizzes, Deactivate VPN, Remove VM from VSphere,
Deactivate users from TalentLMS
Upload all recorded sessions to Google Drive.
Monitor YT Email accounts.
Create and remove employee accounts from our IT Infrastructure system.
Promote secondary income to students and apprentices (i.e additional one on one
sessions, extended cert prep sessions)
Required Skills:
Must have a neutral English accent, VERY IMPORTANT.
Linux or Windows Administration skills
Some Networking Skills
Familiarity with Virtual Box or other virtualization platform
Network + Certified (Prefered)
RHCSA Certified (Prefered)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Advanced research skills.
Must be willing and comfortable to be on camera for Zoom calls.
Must have a neutral background when on camera.
Must be able to work from a place with no background noise.
Must be assertive and able to make recommendations.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a strong desire to learn, grow, and apply newly learned information.
With experience in graveyard shift.
Familiarity with Google apps.
Additional Job Details:
Expect you to work at least 40 hours weekly.
