Automation Engineer (Virtual Position)
Our team works remotely all over the world and there is no relocation necessary. If hired you’ll be working with a global team. We’re currently recruiting for a staff member that can work UK time zone hours. You can live and work from anywhere you want (as many of our staff do!), but this schedule most allows for success in the role with our global team. Things you’ve done in the past
– Well versed in Lifecycle marketing
– A deep understanding of campaign and marketing reporting
– Knowledge and experience in some of the following softwares OR equivalents – you will be asked to demonstrate the similarities of equivalents. Ideal candidates would have experience from at least 1 in each section.
Experience in Keap/Infusionsoft is required.
CRMs: Keap/Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign
Data: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google DataStudio
Automate: Zapier, Make, PlusThis, FixYourFunnel
Code: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Basic API language, Email deliverability, DNS Configuration
Tasking: Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Monday
CMS: WordPress, Memberium, LearnDash
What will I be doing?
– Prepare for and attend daily workflow calls with your line manager.
– Usage of project management software – following, updating, commenting, and completing tasks in a timely manner.
– Confirm ‘Definition of done’ is clearly understood on daily workload. You will seek answers to any unknowns.
– Create clear documentation of your builds.
– All aspects of Campaign building and configuration in Keap and other softwares.
– Ensure your automations are within the company’s build guidelines.
– Create comprehensive ‘how to guides’ in the company Wiki.
– Maintain integrity of your builds and client applications with regular housekeeping checks.
– Proactive and Reactive Technical Support
– Maintaining good communication across PM software, Email and Slack, including occasional client liaison.
How do I demonstrate success?
– Projects are delivered on time.
– Tasks are completed within agreed time estimates.
– Configs are bug free and rigorously tested.
