Responsibilities
Daily
You will prepare for and attend daily workflow calls with the project manager.
You will confirm ‘Definition of done’ is clearly understood on daily workload. You will seek answers to any unknowns.
Create clear documentation of your builds.
You ensure your automations are within the company’s build guidelines.
Weekly
Create comprehensive ‘how to guides’ in the company Wiki
Monthly
You will maintain integrity of your builds and client applications with regular housekeeping checks.
Skills
Knowledge and experience in some of the following softwares OR equivalents – you will be asked to demonstrate the similarities of equivalents. You must have experience from at least 1 in each section.
CRMs: Keap/Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign
Data: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google DataStudio
Automate: Zapier, Make, PlusThis, FixYourFunnel
Code: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Basic API language, Email deliverability, DNS Configuration
Tasking: Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Monday
CMS: WordPress, Memberium, LearnDash
