About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing real estate business seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and creative Online Assistant. This role is crucial in helping streamline operations, maintain our online presence, and ensure our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Management:
Track, sort, and reply to incoming emails and enquiries using Gmail.
Manage and organize email communications effectively.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and interactions.
Task Management:
Use ClickUp to prioritize, complete jobs, and keep the team organized.
Market Analysis:
Conduct daily Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports as required.
Business Streamlining:
Develop and implement ways to streamline business operations using tools like Zapier.
Social Media Management:
Create and implement brand themes for social media using Canva.
Lead regular social media posts, particularly on Facebook.
Develop engaging content for blog posts and manage the business’s Facebook page.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Gmail and CRM systems.
Experience with ClickUp or similar task management tools.
Strong analytical skills to conduct CMAs or a willingness to train themselves before starting.
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier.
Creative skills with Canva for designing social media content.
Excellent written communication skills for blog posts and social media.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in CMA creation or a willingness to self-train before starting. Willingness to undertake an online Australian training course. Experience with Lightroom.
Background in social media management and content creation. Experience with Canva. Zapier.
