The Credit Brothers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Credit Repair Inquiry Dispute Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for disputing inquiries on Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax for our clients, playing a crucial role in their credit repair journey. In addition to managing those clients progress through our CRM, requesting information from the clients as needed, interfacing with our current team members and creating end of day reports as to the status on inquiry removals. Responsibilities:
– Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus using FTC-based disputes
– Call into credit bureaus to further process disputes as needed
– Review clients’ credit reports to identify removable hard inquiries based on specific guidelines provided by our company
– Monitor and track the status of disputes and report progress to the team
– Maintain up-to-date client records in our CRM system
– Communicate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow
Requirements:
– At least three years of experience in inquiry removal
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with tight deadlines
– Proficiency in both written and spoken English (required for phone call disputing)
– Familiarity with credit bureau procedures, dispute processes, and FTC guidelines
– Proficient in using G-Suite, Slack, , Close, and applications such as HelloFax and Hushed
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
