About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a key role in generating new business, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
– Engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
– Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
– Conduct consultations or demos to showcase our products or services.
– Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to meet those needs.
– Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
– Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
– Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Qualifications:
– Proven inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
– Strong phone presence and experience with dialing dozens of calls per day.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and customer interactions.
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– High level of professionalism and commitment to work remotely.
– Experience in conducting online demos and presentations is a plus.
