Fantastic Opportunity for a Full-Time Inside Sale Associate (ISA)/Databases Manager/Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in the growth of a well-established Real Estate Team.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for identifying and qualifying leads by making cold calls to prospects looking to buy, sell or invest in Real Estate.
• Set appointments with potential clients with our agents. You must schedule at least 2-4 appts per week.
• Nurturing those client relationships.
• Lead Generation – Making outbound calls to solicit potential clients who may want to buy or sell real estate.
• Evaluate and qualify those clients.
• When a lead is identified, they must go to an agent on duty right away.
• When a lead is identified they must go into our Database right away
• Relationship Management with members of the team.
• Sales Support – collaborate with the sales team.
• Database Management – utilize our Database to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects and client interaction.
• Interact with the members of the team including agents, admin and support staff.
• Must be able to work in several different Databases and Software systems such as Follow Up Boss, Basecamp, Slack, Zoom, Zillow, Listing to Leads, Canva, etc.
• Ability to work in a Zoom-Room
• Ability to take on other daily tasks quickly.
• Organization Projects
Requirements:
• 1+ years of Experience as an ISA / Database Manager and/or High-Level Support Staff
• Excellent English Communication skills both written and verbal.
• Solid Organization and Time Management Skills
• Compelling Portfolio of work over a wide variety of creative projects
• USA Hours
• Google Ads, Google LSA experience is a +
