Job Description

VIVA Railings is seeking a skilled and experienced Inside Sales Support Engineer to enhance our Sales & Marketing team, focusing on providing exceptional sales support and customer service to our clients globally. This remote position is specifically designed for contractors based in the Philippines, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth and success from a key offshore location.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in sourcing new sales opportunities through diligent follow-up on inbound leads, as well as proactive outbound calls and emails.
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to effectively route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for advancement and closure.
Leverage technical knowledge and understanding in construction, product design, and engineering to confidently discuss and promote VIVA Railings products.
Utilize proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications to accurately understand and respond to customer requirements.
Collaborate closely with the estimating team to recommend products and prepare compelling proposals.
Maintain and update lead, account, contact, and opportunity data within CRM (preferably Salesforce), ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Skills and Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in sales related to building products or construction, with a preference for candidates possessing knowledge of the Philippine construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Exceptional business and communication skills, with a confident personality capable of engaging effectively with architects, designers, and contractors.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating strong lead qualification, sales closure, and architectural specification sales skills.
Highly motivated with a tenacious attitude, able to handle rejections and persist in sales efforts.
Experience in conducting CEU presentations, managing specification substitution requests, and developing consultative relationships to promote VIVA Railings products.
Strong presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, with experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Offer to Architects and Contractors:

The role will require proactive scheduling of CEU presentations and meetings to educate architects and designers on VIVA Railings products, aiming to get them included in office master specifications.
Engage with contractors to follow up on proposals diligently, identify decision-makers, and facilitate the prequalification of VIVA Railings products for upcoming projects.
