Salary: $800 per month + $250 per closing
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Agent to support our busy real estate team of 20+ agents. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, supporting a team of real estate agents, and using Follow Up Boss CRM. The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for the team while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and set appointments for the real estate team
Follow up with leads and maintain the team’s database using Follow Up Boss CRM
Provide excellent customer service to potential clients, answering questions and addressing concerns
Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective sales strategies
Attend weekly team meetings and provide regular updates on progress
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry
Experience supporting a team of 20+ real estate agents
Proficient in using Follow Up Boss CRM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work 11am-8pm Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday and 6pm-8pm PST on Sundays
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
