Great English is a must
Great organization and admin skills are a must
Great internet connection and speed are a must
Great working computer is a must
Being a self-starter and motivated is a must

1 year+ experience working the night is a requirement as this can be difficult on families and I want to make sure you have adjusted and know what to expect.

Experience in Real Estate is a plus!

Your Top Tasks:
*Accepting and calling all new leads
*Taking notes and documenting information
*Setting appointments with real estate agents
*Sending and responding to emails
*Sending and responding to texts
*Making calls to inbound leads and clients
*Creating Excel or Google Sheets
*Other various tasks
*Great customer service and use of provided software’s (Calendly, Brivity, etc.)

Pay:
$800 USD/month paid monthly

Hours:
I am looking for a full-time employee open to flexible schedule
12pm- 9 pm Eastern Standard Time with a 1-hour break Monday – Friday
7 PTO days/year (sick or vacation paid time off)
