Inside Sales Agent

The Opportunity:
Nic, The REALTOR® is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams (KW) Cityside. We are a top producing real estate team based out of Smyrna, GA in Cobb County, and we help people buy and sell houses all over Metro Atlanta. Our sales are continuing toincrease and Nic is looking for forward thinking, talented problem solvers to help grow his real estate empire.

It is Nic’s philosophy to focus on hiring team members to do jobs that they naturally enjoy and allow them to spend most of their day working in their strengths. Every team member must have high levels of integrity, self-motivation, and critical
thinking skills.

Job Duties:
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
• Qualify leads by conveying their motivation, timeline, and financial ability in call notes
• Call, text, and e-mail lead sources
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Learn/memorize/internalize scripts through education and script practice
• Sound natural on the phone
• Connect with buyers/sellers on a personal level
• Report daily activities & Maintain CRM

Work Schedule:
Can pick any of these Eastern Standard Time (EST) blocks:
•Monday – Saturday
o 9 am -12 pm (EST)
o 12 pm – 3 pm (EST)
o 3 pm – 6 pm (EST)
o 6 pm – 9 pm (EST)
