Inside Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. The ISA will be responsible for handling inbound calls from potential clients, making follow-up and outbound calls to leads, and converting these leads into appointments. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound calls from potential clients, answering questions and providing information about our services and listings.
– Make outbound calls to potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and engage with potential clients to convert them into appointments.
– Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and lead follow-ups in our CRM system.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients.
– Consistently meet or exceed performance targets for appointment setting and lead conversion.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients and enhance the sales process.
– Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients and potential leads.
– Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and performance.
– Complete various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

– 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and potential leads.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
