As an Inside Sales Agent/Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in our team’s growth and success by proactively generating leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our real-estate professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients over the phone, introducing our services, and identifying their real estate needs. You will be the first point of contact, representing our team and creating a POSITIVE first impression.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for our real estate professionals.
2. Articulate our value proposition and services with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
3. Listen actively to understand potential clients’ real estate needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on current market trends and inventory.
5. Document all interactions, follow-up activities, and lead information accurately in our CRM system, KvCore.
6. Collaborate with team members to optimize lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
7. Continuously strive to improve your communication skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written), with an emphasis on clarity, articulation, and grammar.
2. Proven experience in a sales or cold calling role, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
6. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using KvCore software, productivity tools, and communication platforms.
7. A dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.
8. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and maximize client engagement opportunities.
