Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be an integral part of our sales team. Your role will involve initiating contact with potential and existing clients, managing and nurturing leads, and efficiently setting appointments to enhance our sales efforts. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing our lead generation and conversion rates through effective communication strategies and follow-up techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Warm and Cold Calling: Reach out proactively to both purchased leads and potential new clients, as well as those in our existing database, to increase lead generation.

Follow-up Process: Implement a robust follow-up process, ensuring multiple contacts with leads to maximize closing rates.
Lead Management: Utilize our CRM to manage new, existing, and potential clients, ensuring all contacts are organized and tracked efficiently.

Lead Nurturing: Develop and nurture relationships with buyers throughout the sales funnel, focusing on client needs and delivering targeted follow-ups.

Lead Generation: Engage in outbound calling for motivated sellers, manage various call lists, and add networking leads to the CRM.

Inbound Lead Handling: Address all inbound sign calls and gather necessary lead information.

Lead Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls, manage follow-up emails, and provide feedback on listings.

Lead Appointment Setting: Effectively set appointments for potential leads with our sales representatives.

Requirements:
– Proven track record as an Inside Sales Agent in the real estate sector.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software for lead management.
– Strong ability to manage and nurture leads, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
– Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
