Inside Sales Agent / Cold Caller / Phone Sales Agent

HIRING NOW! A Top Mortgage Lender in Minnesota is looking to hire a Full Time Inside Sales Agent / Cold Caller / Phone Sales Agent with proven Appointment Setting Experience for 40 hours/week. Compensation starts at $4/hour USD. Work Hours are from 3PM-12AM Central US with 1-Hour Unpaid Lunch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Outbound appointment setting cold phone calls to homeowner and homebuyer leads
2) Enter and update information in our CRM software
3) Research and prepare lists of homeowners and homebuyers as needed

ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for this job, you must have the following qualifications:
• Excellent American English communication skills
• Desire to connect with people and motivate them to schedule an appointment
• Proven appointment setting experience
• Willingness to make a high number of calls per day
• Perseverance to hear ‘no’ for an answer and keep going
• Strong objection handling skills
• Preferably, some experience in real estate or mortgage financing
• A reliable work ethic to work hard on the job
• A commitment to showing up daily and on time
• A willingness to learn and be trainable
• Demonstrated trustworthiness and reliability
• Ability to do the job according to instructions
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Reliable computer with sufficient speed and storage
• Stable, dependable internet service (extra consideration given for having a secondary reliable internet source available)
• Reliable, dependable electricity service
• Quiet environment with no background noise
• USB noise-canceling headset to immerse yourself in successful conversations
• Consistent, on time work ethic and must be focused on doing the job during work hours
