Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent with a strong background in social media marketing and a focus on the real estate industry. This role combines traditional inside sales responsibilities with the utilization of social media to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and support our real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential real estate clients through various channels, including social media, online databases, and referrals.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential clients. This includes creating and curating content related to real estate listings, market trends, and community insights.
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to leads generated from various sources, including social media, to qualify them and set appointments for the real estate sales team.
Email Marketing: Craft and send compelling email campaigns to nurture leads and provide valuable information about properties and the real estate process.
Client Consultation: Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and criteria for real estate purchases or sales.
Follow-up: Maintain a consistent follow-up system to nurture leads and keep them engaged in the real estate buying or selling process.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local and regional real estate market trends, property values, and community information to provide valuable insights to clients.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the real estate sales team to assist with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and coordination of property showings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent in the real estate industry.
Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, advertising tools, and trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to multitask and manage leads efficiently.
Knowledge of local real estate market conditions, neighborhoods, and property values.
