**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads using CINC CRM, making cold calls, following up with clients, and maintaining an up-to-date database. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients.

**Responsibilities:**
– Make cold calls to real estate leads generated through CINC CRM and other lead platforms.
– Utilize CINC CRM to make notes, add tags, and schedule follow-ups with clients.
– Implement drip campaigns and send texts to nurture leads effectively.
– Follow up with clients through phone calls and emails to ensure their needs are met.
– Maintain and update the client database regularly to ensure accuracy.
– Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
– Provide a comprehensive End-of-Day (EOD) report to management, highlighting the day’s activities and progress.
– Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and market dynamics.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent or similar role in the real estate industry.
– Strong proficiency in using CINC CRM and other lead management tools.
– Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
