JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a real estate sales company based in Wayne, NJ, USA. We are looking for outgoing and self-motivated individuals to fill our Inside Sales Agent positions. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will call potential sellers, gather the required information, enter it into our CRM, and set appointments for our agents. You will work from home and handle both inbound and outbound calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Conduct outbound calls, and email communications
– Manage leads
– Set appointments for our Sales Agents in New Jersey, USA
– Develop and master using scripts to overcome objections and deliver our company’s values to prospective customers
– Develop and execute a calling strategy to target sellers
– Mine prior leads of sellers from CRM to either acquire their property or list it for sale
– Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals
QUALIFICATIONS:
– 2+ years of Inside sales experience and/or prior sales experience,
– 2+ years of effective, polished communication skills on the phone and in email
– Exceptional English communication skills
– Coachable and eager to learn
– Proficient in using technology and familiarity with CRMs
– A structured mindset focused on setting goals and exceeding expectations
– Ability to master phone scripts
– Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
REQUIREMENTS:
– A high-speed laptop or desktop
– DSL Internet – 20 Mbps or higher
– A headset with noise cancellation
– A home-office setup with a quiet location
– Effective use of Zoom
– Reliable internet and power supply without interruptions
HOURS AND PAY:
– Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM EST
– A 30 min lunch break and two 15 min breaks per shift
– Starting at $6.25/hr USD
– Must have stable work set up (we treat this very serious)
