Job Description:
We are looking for a proven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with a strong background in real estate to manage and follow up on our extensive lead database. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a track record of successfully converting leads into appointments.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture leads in our database through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Follow up with leads in a timely and consistent manner.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for our real estate agents.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and statuses in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly lead conversion and appointment-setting targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
