Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our real estate marketing agency team. The ISA will be responsible for following up with prospects looking to buy or sell a house, prequalifying them according to our specific standards, and either booking an appointment for them or performing a live transfer to a realtor. This role involves working within our CRM, Go HighLevel, to manage and track all interactions and data.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Follow-Up: Promptly follow up with leads generated from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Prequalification: Assess the needs and qualifications of prospects to ensure they meet the standards set by our realtors. This includes evaluating financial readiness, understanding their buying or selling timeline, and identifying their property preferences.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for qualified leads with the appropriate real estate agents, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of the lead’s needs and expectations.
Live Transfers: Conduct live transfers of qualified prospects to available real estate agents for immediate consultation when applicable.
CRM Management: Utilize Go HighLevel CRM to track and manage all lead interactions, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records of all communications and activities.
Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with prospects through phone calls, emails, and text messages to nurture leads and build strong relationships.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to management.
Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate processes, including buying and selling procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficient in the English language and not have a heavy accent.
Proficient in using CRM systems, with experience in Go HighLevel being a significant advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
