Job Description

The ISA will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to perspective buyers and sellers.

We are searching for an experienced outbound caller to set appointments for our high performing real estate team from the leads that come from online inquiries, as well as from prospecting. You will make initial calls and follow up calls with our online leads.

We have proven scripts and objection handlers to be used on calls to help you succeed. The goal of each call is to set a appointment between the lead & agents. You will be scheduling both phone & face-to-face appointments for our agents, and keeping them informed of their upcoming schedules.

After we narrow applications to the top applications, we will run a paid 10-hour trial period of the final 2-4 candidates.

**Job schedule and details:**

This is a permanent, full-time (40+ hr/week) position.
Work Hours: 8 am- 4 pm Monday – Friday (GMT +7)
Pay is $800/mo plus a $10/closing bonus (for sales that close from appointments you make).

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

Purpose: To set both Home Buyer and Seller appointments from our online leads with our team agents. These will be either face-to-face or phone appointments. As well, keep agents informed of their upcoming schedules.

**Daily Responsibilities:**

>Practice Scripts for setting appointments with incoming leads
>Organize lead calls at beginning of day, prioritizing high-quality leads first
>Be on the phone calling leads during hot hours from 8AM to 4 pm eastern time (GMT +7)
>Call new Buyer and Seller leads to set appointment
>Call Follow up Seller Leads to set appointment
>Call Follow Up Buyer leads to set appointment
>Add detailed call notes from every call into CRM (we are using Real Geeks & Vulcan 7 CRM). >Call notes to include:
>Follow up notifications (does this lead need follow up?)
>Notes from the call whether positive or negative
>Placing lead on appropriate Drip Campaign
>Enter appointments into agent calendar: Include time of meeting, location and a 30 min alert for agent to drive to meeting location
>Keep Agents informed about upcoming appointments to give them adequate time to prepare
>Follow up with emails and texts to leads using CRM
>Organize CRM database

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

Fluent and easily understood spoken English
Strong English comprehension – can you understand us when we speak with you?
3+ years calling experience
Appointment setting experience
