Position: Inside Sales Agent (Real Estate)
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: 20 hrs/wk

Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) will play a crucial role in our real estate operations by managing and nurturing buyer leads. The ISA will be responsible for compiling lists of potential buyers, performing administrative tasks, filtering through buyer inquiries, and gathering detailed information to understand their purchasing needs. This position requires real estate knowledge with a focus on the buyer side, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
– Compile and maintain lists of potential buyer leads from various sources.
– Filter through buyer inquiries to identify serious prospects.
– Organize and manage leads within the CRM system for effective follow-up.

Buyer Interaction:
– Contact potential buyers to gather detailed information about their property needs and preferences.
– Conduct initial consultations to understand buyers’ requirements and financial capabilities.
– Qualify leads based on buyer readiness, interest, and financial capability.

Administrative Tasks:
– Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
– Prepare and distribute marketing materials and property listings to potential buyers.
– Coordinate with real estate agents to set up property viewings and follow-ups.

Market Knowledge:
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, particularly on the buyer side.
– Stay informed about current listings, market trends, and property values.
– Provide buyers with relevant information about the market and available properties.

Qualifications:
– Experience in real estate sales.
– Strong knowledge of the real estate market, particularly on the buyer side.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in CRM software and other lead management tools.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
