I am a local real estate agent. My job is to meet with homeowners who are selling their home, and offer my services of listing their home for sale, and representing them throughout the entire sales process.
I am looking a dedicated engaging individual to make warm/cold calls to these homeowners and set appointments for me to sell my marketing services (list their home for sale). You will be calling homeowners that are For Sale By Owners (trying to sell without a real estate agent), Expired Listings (people who previously worked with an agent, but their home did not sell), or cold calling neighborhoods to try and generate leads.
Your job is to contact them and engage them in conversation, building a rapport and ultimately setting an appointment for me to go to their home and list their property for sale. I will train you on my process, so that you understand the entire sales cycle.
The best candidate will have experience calling FSBO’s and Expired’s. However, if you are motivated to succeed, willing to learn my business and be coachable, I will gladly teach you to be successful. I want the selected candidate to learn my business and think of themselves as my partner.
IMPORTANT: The goal of this position is to set appointments with homeowner for me. You may not make an appointment with the owner on the first call. It is very important that you understand the importance of nurturing the prospect. This means, calling them back every week, reminding them that you called and trying to set the appointment. What you can not do is call them once, and move on to the next lead, and tell me you called everyone. Your goal is to call, nurture and set appointments, not just dial through a list of phone numbers. (Please re-read this and understand!)
This is for someone who has a strong work ethic, and is committed to helping my team to succeed. Must have a clear English speaking voice with little, to no accent.
Starting salary will increase with experience and success scheduling appointments.
This position starts immediately and is long-term/ongoing. Again, this is NOT a temporary position. If you are successful, we will work together for many years, giving you a steady reliable source of income.
Starting salary is a trial salary for 30 days. After 30 days, you will be evaluated for an increase.
Please respond to my post, telling me why you think you can be successful. If you pass the initial interview, I will provide scripts and objection handling, and we will role play. My expectation is that you learn the scripts so you sound natural on the calls. Again, the right candidate will be trained to be successful.
