ABOUT THE ROLE
Your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers (inbound leads) who are actively looking for brake repair services (no cold calls). Once engaged, you’ll understand the needs of the customer and position NuBrakes as the best solution. It will be your responsibility to ensure that potential customers view NuBrakes as the best brake repair option (it’s not hard, we’re more convenient, more affordable, and more trustworthy). We speak with our customers over text or phone call (if they decide to call us).
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
– Join a high-growth startup with an opportunity to develop your career, learn quickly, and increase your skillset
– Directly drive company growth by turning inbound leads into customers through inbound calls and text conversations (no cold calling, everyone is actively looking for repairs!)
– Work with our parts vendors to source parts price and availability for luxury vehicles before providing a quote.
– Work with customers to understand their needs, quote repairs, answer questions, and position NuBrakes as their best repair option
– Book repair appointments for our certified technicians on a daily basis
WHO YOU ARE
– 1-2 years of experience in call centers, inside sales, retail sales or any other customer-facing position
– Fluent English (both spoken and written) and enjoy speaking to people
– Comfortable in a sales environment and referencing our value propositions
– Growth mindset and determination to learn quickly and expand your skillset
– Highly proficient in using web-based applications (CRM, Ticketing Sytems, etc.)
– Ability to multi-task between multiple computer programs
– Experience in the automotive industry or an understanding of vehicles is a bonus but not required
– Able to work weekends (our business hours are 5 am to 10 pm CST, 7 days per week). A typical working schedule would be 4 x – 12-hour shifts or 5 x 10-hour shifts (each with 1 hour break)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
– $7+ per hour (USD)
– Commission incentive for each sale
