**Job Title: Inside Sales Associate**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, possess excellent communication skills with a US or Canada-based English accent, and be well-versed in building and maintaining customer relationships.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, showcasing our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase.
2. Respond promptly and efficiently to inbound inquiries, providing information, and guiding potential clients through the sales process.
3. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving organizational sales goals.
6. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.
**Requirements:**
1. 6-12 months of proven inside sales experience.
2. Proficient English language skills with a US or Canada-based accent.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
6. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate sales software and CRM systems.
**Additional Requirements:**
1. Reliable power and internet backups to ensure uninterrupted workflow during potential power outages.
2. References from past employers to validate performance and reliability.
