Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen interest in the real estate industry. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through engaging with potential leads and nurturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
– Qualify inbound leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and preferences
– Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to build rapport and establish trust
– Schedule appointments and property viewings for qualified leads and coordinate with real estate agents to ensure seamless follow-up
– Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, inquiries, and outcomes in CRM systems

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in appointment setting or in a sales-related position
– Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with leads and build relationships
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
