ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
In this exciting role, SuperTalent is hiring a Customer Service Rep specialized for a residential cleaning company.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by engaging with prospective (inbound) clients and selling HVAC and plumbing services. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be at the forefront of increasing revenue and contributing significantly to sales targets.

AS AN INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
It should be expected that your responsibilities will grow and expand over time

– Customer Relationships: Utilize Hubspot to maintain precise customer data. Ensure all client interactions are logged accurately and utilize the CRM system to identify patterns in customer inquiries and responses.
– Customer Inquiry Resolution: Handle client queries efficiently, ensuring all issues are resolved amicably. Oversee the entire resolution process to ensure a seamless experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Software Proficiency: Develop and maintain proficiency in Google Workspace products (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides), AirTable, Aircall, Notion, Slack and along with the companies proprietary CMS and reporting tools.
– Inbound Query Handling and Resolution: Transform incoming customer queries into resolutions by effectively communicating solutions, addressing customer concerns, and navigating them through resolution procedures.
– Meeting Targets: Strive to meet and exceed individual and team service targets, contributing to the customer service department’s overall objectives.
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance and achieve collective goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Highly ethical
– Highly detail-oriented and methodical.
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Experienced in Sales: Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Executive/Sales Rep, Business Development Rep, or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in inbound sales.
– Preferred: Experience in Home Service Businesses.
– Proficiency in CRM and Sales Tools: Skilled in using CRM systems, and G Suite.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
– Result-Oriented: Focused on achieving sales quotas set by the company.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A SUCCESSFUL INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE?
– Must provide own device for training and development
– Minimum RAM: 8GB, 16GB recommended
– Laptop: 8th gen Core i5 or better/AMD Ryzen series
– Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above/10th gen Core i3 or higher
– Mac: 2017 Core i5 or higher/2016 Core i7 or higher (Core i3 not recommended)
– Must have suitable work-from-home space in Philippines
10 Mbps minimum internet connection
– Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
– Willing to work full-time (40+ hrs/week): M-F: 11-7CST & Sat/Sun: 7:30-3:30 CST
– Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office and productivity/project management tools
– Experience with remote/virtual work preferred but not required
– Positive attitude and ability to take initiative
