We are a USA based company that sells food products internationally. Our customers are importers and retailers (like S&R).
This is a KEY team position. Here are some of the experiences we would like you to have.
* Diligent, focused and motivated.
* Strong English speaking. You will be speaking with customers.
* We actively utilize MS Office, Excel, Outlook, ZOHO (CRM), WhatsApp and ZOOM.
* Previous B2B customer service and/or sales experience will be valued.
* Be in charge of monthly sales projections. Take ownership of monthly results.
About the position:
* You will be an important part of the team, working with 1 other person for 100% of the company’s sales.
* You will have daily conversations with your other sales teammate.
* We will teach you about our type of B2B business and our philosophy in creating a commitment to excellence for our customers.
* This is a new position for our company. We are growing!
* Our sales process is a process. We do not need a “super salesperson”, we need a person who is dedicated and wants to work smart and hard with professionalism.
* We value your feedback and ideas.
Here are some of the daily duties:
* Reply to customer emails regarding sales.
* Check in with existing customers in order to see how sales are going and look for additional opportunities.
* We are actively sending email campaigns. You will monitor which customers are opening the email and reach out to the top percentage opening customers.
* Manage the sales pipeline and work with other team members to ensure customers are having their pre-sale request for information provided timely.
* Potentially cold-call high value potential customers.
We are offering a base salary PLUS a generous commission program on all company sales. We expect the commissions earned to be larger than the base salary.
