We are actively seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in booking appointments for our managers to bolster our business development initiatives. Experience in IT is mandatory, the representative will be tasked with making cold calls, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and optimizing the manager’s closing deals. This full-time role encompasses a 40-hour week, running from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. Join us in shaping the future through technology.

Responsibilities:
– Initiate cold calls to secure appointments.
– Research and identify prospective clients.
– Confirm meetings, ensuring clients are provided with all necessary information.
– Re-engage with potential clients for rescheduling or arranging additional meetings.
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment booking goals.
– Conduct in-depth product knowledge sessions to effectively communicate the value propositions to potential clients.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
– Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, appointments, and interactions with clients.
– Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client preferences, and potential areas for business growth.

Requirements:
– At least 4 years’ experience in cold calling in IT industry (B2B)
– Demonstrated success in appointment setting, lead generation and target achievement.
– Stellar communication and interpersonal aptitudes.
– Capable of both autonomous and collaborative work.
– Proficient organizational and time-management abilities.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline.
