JO 13376 | Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist for an AU Formal and Wedding Dress Designer and Supplier

Status: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Philippine Standard Time | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM AEDT (Mon-Fri) ^
^To begin with, the staff will follow Sydney time. Eventually, the schedule will rotate between AU, UK, US & Canada time zones depending on business needs.

About the Client
The client is a dynamic and innovative creator of evening formal and wedding dress collections, premier Australian designers, and suppliers of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, bridal and formal gowns with a focus on expanding its presence globally in the AU, USA, Canada, and UK markets.

Responsibilities
Conduct B2B lead generation activities to expand our business in AU, USA, Canada, and UK markets.
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving lead generation goals.
Utilize excellent phone skills to confidently engage with potential clients in the clothing industry, introducing our business naturally and compellingly.
Expertly use tools such as Mailchimp, Excel, inventory systems, Google Drive, Dropbox, WhatsApp, and various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) to reach sales targets and drive lead generation efforts.
Collaborate with relevant teams to increase customer loyalty, enhance employee productivity, improve profitability measures, and contribute to staff retention.
Stay informed about industry trends and regularly share insights during team meetings to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and enhance skills.
Researching and tapping into new international markets.
Using CRM tools to track progress and build lasting client relationships.
Developing tailored sales strategies for different international markets.
Providing insights into cultural nuances to enhance sales approaches.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, preferably in the B2B sector.
Confidence in conducting cold call phone-based interactions and a genuine interest in the clothing industry.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Expertise in using tools such as Mailchimp, Excel, inventory systems, Google Drive, Dropbox, WhatsApp, and various social media platforms.
Strong written and oral English communication skills with an understanding of AU, USA, and UK cultures.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to team goals.
Willingness to undergo basic training to align with company processes and expectations.
A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
Flexibility in adherence to schedule depending on business needs.
Is adaptable, proactive, and culturally insightful.
Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
