Job Description

We are seeking a diligent, communicative, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Manager for our Event Venues department. The Sales Manager will primarily be responsible for:

Reaching Out to Potential Clients:
The Sales Manager will make proactive, outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in our event venues. They will present our venue offerings and identify opportunities to upsell other services we offer, such as catering, decor, and event planning.

Responding to Customers:
This role requires timely and professional responses to inquiries from potential and current customers. The Sales Manager will handle inquiries that come in via phone, email, and social media, ensuring that all questions are answered comprehensively and promptly.

Sales and Conversion:
The Sales Manager will be expected to drive sales, converting inquiries and leads into bookings. They will negotiate prices, manage contracts, and oversee the booking process from beginning to end.

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintaining strong relationships with customers will be key. The Sales Manager will check in with customers, handle complaints and concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Collaborating with the Event Planning Team:
The Sales Manager will work closely with the event planning team to communicate customer needs and ensure the successful execution of events.

Saalary : $$$ Based on skillset and other applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels

· Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals

· Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

· Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers

· Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

· Customer Relationship Management

· Key Account Management

· Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned

· Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

· Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

· To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
