We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Recruiter for our team. The firms we recruit for (our clients) within the Financial Services industry. (Investment Banking and Asset Management firms)
If selected to join our organization, you will have the opportunity to specialize in recruiting individual/candidates for job opportunities with our Financial Services clients. Additionally, over time you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of other inside recruiters along with managing some of our Financial Service clients.

Our successful team member will have:
1. The ability to speak English proficiently along with being a great listener.
2. Open to learn how to use bullhorn database and utilize for recruiting
3. Inside or outside sales experience or recruiting experience is a plus
4. A strong work ethic with solid employment references
5. Good attitude, high energy and a positive approach to life
6. Ability to be set up appointments on the telephone and over e-mail
7. Set up Zoom meetings for Recruiter and interested candidates
7. Organization with focus and a plan to succeed
8. Proficiency in using technology (outlook, excel word, etc.)
