Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving the growth of WeBox by generating new business opportunities. This position involves making cold calls and sending emails to potential corporate clients to schedule product demonstrations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce [Your Company Name]’s products/services.
2. Send targeted emails to potential clients to generate interest and schedule demonstrations.
3. Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
4. Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with potential clients.
5. Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
6. Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for outreach.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
9. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences and industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
4. roficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
5. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
