Inside Sales Representative

The Republic of Palau’s Digital Residency Program provides the world’s first Web3 ID, which supports the application of Palau ID and ID on-chain. We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales Representative to drive our growth. You must be comfortable making chats per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and qualify potential leads who can benefit from RNS’s web3 solutions.
– Introduce and demonstrate the value proposition of RNS’s offerings to potential clients over digital communication channels.
– Handle the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closure, ensuring consistent communication and top-notch customer service.
– Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales forecasts, and follow-ups in the company CRM system.
– Work closely with the marketing and technical teams, leveraging their expertise to enhance presentations and address client queries effectively.
– Stay updated with the latest trends in the web3 and blockchain industry, ensuring that RNS remains at the cutting edge of client needs and market demands.
– Relay pertinent feedback from clients and prospects to enhance product offerings and adapt to the evolving market.
– Consistently achieve or exceed daily quotas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
– 1-3 years in an inside sales role, with a preference for candidates familiar with the web3, blockchain, or tech industries.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
– A basic understanding of web3, blockchain, and associated technologies.
– Experience with CRM platforms, ideally familiar with platforms used in the blockchain Click to view-driven: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setup, maintaining productivity and meeting targets.
– Comfortable in a rapidly-changing environment typical of the tech and blockchain sectors.
– Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
