As our Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
Engaging with Customers Across Multiple Channels:
Hook potential customers and drive sales by reaching out through a variety of communication channels, including email, phone calls, web chat, social media messages, and texts.
Use your natural ability to gain trust and excite customers, turning skepticism into anticipation and interest, especially in our innovative, life-changing services.
Database Management and Lead Tracking:
Keep our customer database up-to-date and efficiently managed to stay ahead of the game.
Regularly track and surpass our monthly and quarterly sales goals by reviewing and acting on fresh leads from diverse sources.
Effective Communication and Sales Conversion:
Utilize your charm and persuasive skills to win customers over, converting inbound and outbound communications across all platforms.
Build excitement and anticipation for the next stage of the customer journey by prequalifying leads with proficiency.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a sales-focused position is preferred; however, we are keen to discover your unique skills and potential.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive and can-do attitude in a productive and friendly work environment.
Strong time management and interpersonal skills, ensuring patient satisfaction across all communication channels.
Enthusiasm for the fast-paced and dynamic nature of a startup environment.
Proactive collaboration with other departments, including clinical, administrative, sales, and marketing, to ensure comprehensive patient care and service.
This position requires fluency in Spanish as the role involves frequent interactions with Spanish-speaking leads.
